Replacement conditions

- Shipping or cash on delivery fees are non-refundable as they are paid to the shipping company. .
- After the bill of lading is issued, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest Posta shipping point. .
- Replacement is available only once , and the replacement order cannot be returned. .
- Any additional product can be added with the replacement request if the customer wishes. .
