How does the system work? In brief

  • You earn points for every completed purchase.
  • You can use the points as a discount credit on future orders (subject to terms and conditions).
  • Your loyalty levels increase according to your total purchases over a specific period.

The points calculation mechanism is adjustable.

  • 1 point for every 1 pound paid (after discounts).
  • Every 100 points = 10 pounds discount credit.
  • Points are added after confirmation of order completion (e.g., after receipt/successful delivery).

Loyalty levels

The following levels are a suggested example. You can change the names, borders, or features.

Bronze level (virtual)

It starts automatically when the account is created.

  • Earn points for every purchase.
  • Selected seasonal offers.
Silver level from 2,000 pounds

When your total purchases reach £2,000.

  • Doubling points: 1.1x (10% bonus points).
  • Priority access to specific releases.
Gold level from 5,000 pounds

When your total purchases reach £5,000.

  • Doubling points: 1.25x (25% extra points).
  • Gifts/samples with qualifying orders.
  • Exclusive offers for Gold members.

Redeem points

  • Minimum exchange: 100 points .
  • The exchange is for the value of the products only (excluding shipping) unless you decide otherwise .
  • Points can be used with some offers, and may not be available with other offers depending on the campaign.

Points Validity

  • Points validity: 12 months from the date they are added to the account.
  • If there is no activity (purchase) for 12 months , points may be suspended/reset according to policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the points be added to my account?

Points are added after order completion (e.g., after successful delivery/collection). In case of cancellation or return, points associated with the order may be deducted.

Are points deducted when returning or exchanging?

Yes, points earned are deducted from the returned/replaced order, and if you used points as a discount on the order, the balance may be readjusted according to the final order value.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Currently, points cannot be transferred between accounts to maintain account security and prevent misuse.

Are the points calculated based on shipping or cash on delivery fees?

Default: Points are calculated only on the price of purchased products after discounts. You can change this according to your system.

Does Niqab Boutique have the right to modify the system?

Yes, we may update the rules or benefits of the loyalty program from time to time. Updates will be implemented after they are announced on the official website/page.
