Replacement conditions                        

  1. The product must be in its original condition, completely unused, with the card or label still attached, and all packaging and carton must be returned. .
  2. The customer is responsible for the exchange fees within Egypt , and the fee amount will be displayed when placing the order. .
  3. Shipping or cash on delivery fees are non-refundable as they are paid to the shipping company. .
  4. After the bill of lading is issued, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest Posta shipping point. .
  5. Replacement is available only once , and the replacement order cannot be returned. .
  6. Any additional product can be added with the replacement request if the customer wishes. .
  7. In the case of international exchange (if applicable), the customer bears all shipping costs.
    In the event of a manufacturing error or defect, the customer will be fully compensated. .
