Niqab Boutique Shipping and Delivery Policy

The approved shipping company is Bosta . Please read the following terms before completing your order.

1) Delivery range

  • We ship within the Arab Republic of Egypt via the Post Office Company.
  • Delivery service to some remote or isolated areas may be affected depending on the shipping company's coverage.

2) Order processing time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation (excluding public holidays).
  • During peak seasons and special offers, preparation time may increase slightly.

3) Shipping and delivery time (via post)

  • Within Cairo and Giza: Usually within 1–3 working days after shipment.
  • Other governorates: Usually within 2–5 working days after shipment.
  • The dates mentioned are estimates and may vary depending on the pressure of the shipping company, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Note: Working day refers to official weekdays (may vary depending on the shipping company).

4) Shipping fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated according to the governorate/region and will be explained upon completion of the order or through customer service.
  • Shipping fees may change according to shipping company updates or promotional offers.

5) Shipment tracking

  • After the order has been shipped, you will be provided with shipment/tracking data, if available, via post.
  • You may be contacted by the delivery representative to confirm the address or to arrange a convenient pickup time.

6) Address and contact information

  • The client is responsible for entering a correct and detailed address (governorate, district, street, property/floor/apartment number, distinctive landmark).
  • If there is an error in the address or phone number and it results in delivery failure, you may be charged a reshipping or delivery delay fee .

7) Delivery failures and delivery attempts

  • In case of failure to deliver (no response/unclear address/refusal to receive), the shipping company may attempt another delivery according to its policies.
  • If the shipment is returned to us due to a delivery failure, it can be reshipped after the shipping fee is paid again.

8) Receiving and inspecting the order

  • Please ensure that the order is received in its original condition and that there is no visible damage to the packaging before signing/receiving it, if possible.
  • In case of visible damage or obvious shortage, please document this immediately (photos/video) and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

9) Changing or cancelling the order after shipment

  • Shipping address or order details cannot be modified after delivery to the shipping company except by the post office.
  • If cancellation is requested after shipment, shipping/return fees (if applicable) may be deducted depending on the situation.

10) Returned shipments (if any)

  • In the event of a return/exchange according to the store's policy, the pickup will be coordinated via the shipping company.
  • Return/exchange fees may apply depending on the reason for the return, the condition of the product, and the store's policy.

11) Customer Service

  • For shipping and delivery inquiries, please contact the Niqab Boutique team through the store's support channels.
  • We will help you track the shipment with the post office as much as possible.
